Husband and wife duo Linda Bucaram Pulley and Pablo Gamboa Wills have made a date with Miami and…

it’s a delicious date. Located on Coral Way at 2700 in Miami this beautiful 2000 sq. ft., elegant space is a perfect gathering location for wine aficionados.  The décor is simple, sleek and inviting. Void of nicks-knacks and frills it welcomes guests to a bar, comfy table seating and tasting tables.   Large windows bring in the daylight, and after sunset the space glows with soft spotlights. There is a flat screen TV which features musical moments and well known entertainers.

This up-scale ambience will no doubt be a haven for wine lovers as well as guests who just want to chill out, clink wine glasses and enjoy some creative, small plates prepared by Chef Miguel.

Carefully chosen by the owners, all of the menu items are made fresh.  Expect wholesome salads such as Caesar, Tuna, Nicoise, Mixed Greens and specialties including an original assortment of Paninis.  Their tuna tartar is perfectly paired with a Pinot Noir. The Ahi Tuna salad goes well with a Pinot Grigio and my favorite, the Speck and Arugula flatbread pairs so well with the Chilean, 2016 Chardonnay Balduzzi.

Patrons can order lunch specials, happy hour relaxing beverages and small Plates that offer Gorgonzola stuffed Dates, Warm herbed Goat cheese, Shrimp cocktails, Buffalo Mozzarella, Ceviche, Oysters, Bruschetta Ricotta, Carpaccio Di Manzo.  Flatbreads include Margheritas, Mozzarella E’ Prosciutto and Gamberorne E’ Carciofi.

Millennials as well as seasoned crowds will be able to select from a wide array of wines and culinary preparations. I really enjoyed this new place.  I think you will too.
