Help yourself to a traditional slice of bread from Spain then add Piquillo & Garbanzo spread or some Goat cheese topped with smoked Paprika and grilled artichokes tossed in lemon aioli and you can almost feel the pounding of Flamenco dancers. Surprisingly Joy Wallace also offers a Truffled White Bean soup with bacon crumble or a Tortilla Espanola Quiche with piquillo sauce which heats the palate and sooths the soul. Finish with a fig and almond Torte and/or fresh melon &, strawberries, candied pecans, grilled pineapple sprinkled with passion fruit vinaigrette.
